Kirksville Apartment Rentals, Inc. -- Leasing Information

Applications are now being taken for the 2010 - 2011 school year. Individuals may apply by:

-- Visiting our office to fill out an application, or

-- Submitting an on-line application.

Starting in early November, we will begin showing apartments and signing leases.

Prior to that, we are accepting applications.

Submitting an application does not commit you to anything, but it does put you

on the list. Since we call back to set up appointments based on the order in which

the applications are received, individuals submitting their application

earlier generally have the`best selection of apartments.

Expect to hear back from us around the end of October or the first week of November to schedule your appointment.

If you are with a group, we advise you to discuss what times work best with

everyone's schedule before this time, and be ready to set up a time.

Our leases run for 12 months starting in either May or August, depending on the specific apartment. If you have a specific need for a May or August lease, please let us know. If you are flexible regarding the lease start date however, we can offer you the largest selection of apartments.

The security deposit is due at the time the lease is signed. The first month's rent is due at the start of the lease.
